Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
Ordering
How Can I order?

How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through PayPal and stripe. The painting will be shipped once the payment is received.
Shipping
I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?
Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 5- 10 working days. Within Great Britain pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. Most gb deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. Please allow up to 2 weeks. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.
prints are ordered via the print space and sent directly to your address, please leave between 5 and 14 working days for delivery. Delivery outside the UK may take longer than this.
Can I collect my artwork from you?
Yes, if you are local. Please advise this as part of your enquiry.
Is Shipping included?
gb shipping is free, if you live outside of gb email me at enquiries@callyanderson.co.uk and advise your location, i can then advise a cost for shipping as this is not included in the cost for originals.
for Prints, shipping is included for locations in the UK, EU, EEA, USA and canada. Locations outside of this i am currently unable to ship to.
What about large or high value artworks?
I appreciate this is a high value purchase – and a piece of work I have have spent much time on! It’s important for both of us to make sure it is transported safely. Some couriers have limits on dimensions or what they will carry so certain pieces have individual requirements. I will ensure the piece is securely wrapped and all care taken to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Can you ship internationally?
for originals Yes, however i will need enquire with regards to the rules around shipping to your location first as well as the cost to do so. it may also take longer to arrive depending on your location. If I have any problems with shipment to your location I will advise before requesting any payment. due to the gpsr rules now in place (dec 2024), i can no longer ship to the eu or northern ireland.
for prints, as this are sent directly from the printers locations shipped to are currently UK, EU,EEA, USA and canada. Any location outside of this i currently can’t ship to.
Overseas shipments (outside gb) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees. my shop is currently taking orders for uk only for originals, please email me at enquiries@callyanderson.co.uk if your location is outside of the uk. I can give you a quote for shipment.
Returns
What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?
I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a Buy-Back agreement.
If an original painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days. (This applies to UK only purchases)
What if my painting arrives damaged?
All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a work that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 48hours of receipt with a photograph.
What about Overseas Returns?
At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
